Palladium MVP Product Design
Palladium is a webapp for drone pilots to streamline their flight operations. It enables pilots to request approvals for operations, monitor ongoing activities, and plan future flights, all within a single interface.

Sign-Up Flow
While auditing Palladium, I observed accessibility issues in the signup process and identified the necessity to incorporate user authentication into the workflow. I applied these necessary improvements to enhance the overall user experience and security of the platform.
Create Operation Prototype
Here is a preliminary prototype illustrating the interactivity with creating an operation. A user starts out by searching for an area on the map where they want to create an operation. Clicking "Create Operation" triggers the sidebar where they are taken through sequential steps to create an operation.
Map View
After signing in the user is presented with an un-obstructed view of the map where they can plan their next operation.
Draw Operation
The user is offered a variety of tools to draw the zone in which they will be conducting their operation.
Add Drone & Crew
Drone pilots have the capability to add multiple drones as well as crew members to their operations, enabling them to orchestrate a synchronized and efficient operation.
Manage Operation
The user is offered a variety of tools to draw the zone in which they will be conducting their operation.
